McDonald added that they were still considering whether to bring charges against klenbury's parents.
Prosecutors said the gun case had been premeditated "long before the incident", adding that "a large amount of digital evidence" increased their confidence in the charge of first-degree murder.
Oakland Sheriff Michael Bouchard previously said that after klenbury was detained, he refused to talk to investigators, and his family hired a lawyer.
Bouchard said investigators believe that klenbury used a 9 mm sig Sauer pistol, which his father bought in black five.
It is said that the gunman had at least two 15 bullet magazines, and it is believed that there was a third, but it was not found at the crime scene. He was arrested with seven bullets in his gun.es north of downtown Detroit.
